Payment Options in Our Online Shop
All prices for products sold via www.nello-auckland.com include VAT.

How can I pay in the online shop?
We offer several payment methods for your convenience. NELLO AUCKLAND accepts the following payment methods in the online shop:

  • Payment via credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA)
  • Payment via PayPal

How do I pay with a credit card?
You can pay for your order in the online shop with international credit cards such as VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. You need to enter your credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code on the payment page. All data is fully encrypted via SSL servers and protected against third-party access. The amount will only be charged once the order is delivered.

How do I pay with PayPal?
You can select PayPal as your payment method and log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment. With PayPal, your financial information is always protected, and you can pay without having to enter your card details directly on our website.

Secure Payment

Shopping at NELLO AUCKLAND is very secure. To protect your data, it is fully encrypted via SSL servers, thus protecting it from third-party access. We comply with all provisions of data protection laws and other legal requirements. We never share your personal information with third parties without your permission.

Ordering

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
All completed orders are confirmed via email with an order confirmation.

What can I do if I have payment issues?
If it is not possible to complete the payment, even after adding the product to your cart and creating an account, we recommend clearing your browser history. You can then add the product to your cart again and complete the payment.

Can I cancel an order?
This is only possible by sending an email to info@nello-auckland.com before 5:00 PM on the same day the order was placed, including your name, order number, and order date. If your order is already being processed, you can only cancel it by returning the package.

Service & Warranty

If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must report it within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the defect. If, in NELLO AUCKLAND's assessment, the product has defects not caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance, NELLO AUCKLAND will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.

If you do not follow the instructions provided by NELLO AUCKLAND, have used the product incorrectly, have not performed maintenance on the product, or if the product has been modified, you are not entitled to repair, replacement, or compensation.

Damage to the glass, strap, crown/stem, and battery is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, this does not affect the statutory warranty that the consumer is entitled to.
